We are honoured to share several videos capturing transformative conversations about economic reconciliation with Sxwpilemaát Siyám (Chief Leanne Joe), a descendant of the Squamish Nation and of the Kwakwaka’wakw speaking people, and Hereditary Chief of the Squamish Nation. Sxwpilemaát Siyám also serves as Transformative Storyteller for Economic Reconciliation at Simon Fraser University, Faculty of Environment, Community Economic Development. These conversations offer reflections on economic reconciliation and the Indigenous economy through open, exploratory dialogues and storytelling between several leaders in this work.
